1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using software plugins ("Software") provided by MotionKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant & Commercial Use

Upon purchase, MotionKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software. We want you to create amazing things, which is why commercial use is fully permitted.

You may use our plugins to create videos, animations, and graphics for personal projects, freelance client work, commercial broadcasts, and monetized content.

3. Restrictions on Use & Anti-Piracy Policy

While you are encouraged to use the Software to produce and monetize your creative works, all intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of MotionKit. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling & Redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, distributing, publishing, or sharing the plugin installer files, source assets, or license keys with third parties or on public platforms.
• Software Piracy & Unauthorized Mirroring: Uploading the Software or license credentials to torrent networks, warez/cracking forums, cloud sharing drives, file lockers, or group-buy channels.
• Reverse Engineering & Tampering: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, deciphering, or attempting to extract the underlying source code or bypass license validation and security mechanisms.
• Derivative Works: Modifying the Software or creating derivative software products designed to compete directly or indirectly with MotionKit products.

License Abuse & Enforcement: Any license key found to be leaked, published, shared, or associated with piracy or unauthorized redistribution will be immediately revoked and blacklisted without prior notice or refund. MotionKit reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies, including statutory damages and DMCA takedown requests, for any copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution.

4. Refund Policy

Because MotionKit provides downloadable digital software goods, refund eligibility depends on the product and whether a free evaluation period is provided:

• Products with a 7-Day Free Trial (Field Driver, QuickSub Pro): We provide a fully functional 7-day free trial so you can thoroughly evaluate features, performance, and workflow compatibility on your machine before purchasing. Because you have the opportunity to test before buying, all sales for Field Driver and QuickSub Pro are final, and refunds will not be initiated.
• Products without a Free Trial (Creator Pack, Asset Station): We offer a Conditional 7-Day Technical Guarantee. A refund will be issued if the software fails to function on your system as advertised AND our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue for you within the guarantee window. Refunds are not granted for "change of mind" or failure to check system compatibility.

How to Request a Refund: For eligible purchases (Creator Pack and Asset Station), customers can raise a refund ticket directly within the 7-day guarantee window from their User Dashboard by clicking "Request Refund" on the corresponding product card. Once a refund is approved and processed to your original payment method, the associated license key and hardware activations will be permanently revoked.

5. Updates and Support

Your license grants you access to lifetime updates for the version of the Software you purchased. We strive to provide timely bug fixes and compatibility updates. Customer support is provided on a best-effort basis through our email and Discord channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MotionKit shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, project file corruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Software. You are responsible for backing up your projects before applying new plugins.
